I and not a computer software or social media expert / nor do I want to be. I am 69 years old Audio /Acoustic Engineer that designs high end speakers and speaker transducers Would you believe, This is the very first post I have every posted on the internet. What are the reference levels in digital audio systems? see > That means building in typically about 20dB of headroom above the nominal signal level, with most peaks reaching no higher than about -10dBFS # When working with 24-bit digital systems, it makes absolute sense to maintain a very similar gain structure and headroom, for both technical and operational convenience. = J River System, ' Digital Zero " system reference ( maximum level ) L & R ( Led - Horizontal bar graph with 2db segments )

Option 2 = Stereo Digital level Meters for Music Or Movie 2Ch or 2Ch downmix playback

Option 1 = is existing L&R Spectrum level display for " multi channel and stereo sound " What about a face lift, a NEW look with J river MC 27, stereo Digital sound level meters for at the top of the Screen for Sound Monitoring ? option With Level meters you can instantly " see " on the Fly " if its a poor recording or you have set your master Levels to high for play back

# the DSP Studio Analyzer is fine but is no good for visual L&R Level Monitoring I found there is no QUICK way ( visually ) Monitoring if your sound signal is over driving ( clipping ) or if you have accidentally turned up the Level to highĪnd over driving your computer and / or the external Amplifier I was playing back a series of 2Ch Music tracks (songs ) and concerts and noticed one music track was distorting severely I am not Software engineer or Computer nerd but do like simple easy to use programs with good easy to read Visual graphics.

When designing the TB12 Tone Beast Black our goal was to make a microphone preamplifier affordable and jam packed full of options, without compromising the quality and design parameters that make this type of microphone preamplifier so desirable.Have been using JRiver on and off since Version 17, I recently upgraded from MC 22 to MC 27 The output control on the TB12 allows you to limit the signal exiting the preamp even when pushing the gain to really hot levels, giving you maximum control. The Tone Beast Black is customizable and allows users to source and swap in their own opamps. The 2 opamps and 2 output transformers at the flip of their switches won't appear to be much different, but as one drives the pre into harmonic distortion, the unique character of each of these components becomes apparent. The Tone Beast Black is a mic pre that likes to be pushed and when pushed will colorize your signal ever so sweetly. With top notch CineMag transformers and multiple discrete signal paths, it's hard to beat the Tone Beast's big, bold, fully-professional sound at this price. It is a swiss army knife full of options and tones. The TB12 Tone Beast Black is a fully professional preamp design with loads of gain that can effortlessly capture an array of sources very well.
